Payment Policy

I accept payment from credit/debit cards, HSA accounts, and ACH transfers on Square. Payment through Zelle and personal checks are also accepted. Payments are due immediately upon invoice receipt. While I do not accept insurance, I provide superbills with all the information required for reimbursement of out-of-network (OON) services from your health insurance provider.
Cancellation Policy

For initial evaluations, please notify me of cancellation 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. For patients in established care in my practice, I require a 48-hour advance notice of cancellation. Cancellations made outside of these time windows will result in full charge for the missed session and may not be reimbursed by your health insurance.
